St. Stephen's Young Adult program is comprised of post-high school, new adult Christians who want to be together in Christ but can be separated geographically.  There are local members and members away at college.

This is a very busy time for this age group but the bond of the group stays strong with great communication and activities.

St. Stephen believes in helping everyone grow their relationship with Jesus through Biblical education.  We have different Sunday School classes that meet at 9:30 A.M.

The Fellowship class meets in the Fellowship classroom, off of the Family Life Center and studies the International Lesson Series. Class members read the text and then discuss its relevance and impact on our daily lives.

The Seekers class meets in the Hospitality Room near the front of the church.  This class will use different books by various authors to study the Bible. The different books and authors adds a variety to the subject matter which creates lively discussions.

Creed Bible Study

We often have themed Bible Studies are led by the Pastor on Wednesday nights but there are also various groups that want to focus on a particular topic, theme or Bible Book that may meet at a home or other public place.

Current Lenten Bible Study is  "Creed" by Adam Hamilton and is our W.O.W. (Worship on Wednesday) Church Bible Study

Creed Bible Study

We’re all searching. Sometimes the search is easy: simply type a question and the answer pops up. But sometimes our questions are complicated, and the answers are difficult to see and harder to articulate. How do we discover and examine the truths that give meaning and purpose to life? Adam Hamilton believes that some powerful answers are contained in the Apostles’ Creed, an early statement of foundational Christian beliefs. In this book for Lent, Easter, and beyond, Hamilton considers important questions of life, reality, and truth. He explores not only what Christians believe, but also why they believe it and why it matters.

Chapters include:

  1. God
  2. Jesus Christ
  3. The Holy Spirit
  4. The Church at the Communion of Saints
  5. The Forgiveness of Sins
  6. The Resurrection of the Body
