St. Stephen's Young Adult program is comprised of post-high school, new adult Christians who want to be together in Christ but can be separated geographically.  There are local members and members away at college.

This is a very busy time for this age group but the bond of the group stays strong with great communication and activities.

St. Stephen believes in helping everyone grow their relationship with Jesus through Biblical education.  We have different Sunday School classes that meet at 9:30 A.M.

The Fellowship class meets in the Fellowship classroom, off of the Family Life Center and studies the International Lesson Series. Class members read the text and then discuss its relevance and impact on our daily lives.

The Seekers class meets in the Hospitality Room near the front of the church.  This class will use different books by various authors to study the Bible. The different books and authors adds a variety to the subject matter which creates lively discussions.

UMW Function

United Methodist Women of our church engage in mission through education and fundraising. Two dinners are held annually for fundraising: a Mexican Dinner in the spring and a Spaghetti Dinner in the fall. Monthly meetings keep members informed on issues related to local and global missions.

Come join us for Bible studies, fellowship, goodies, and fun! Check the Event Calendar for upcoming events

Current Bible Study

The Bible Study will be based on the book "Which Way Lord? Exploring Your Life's Purpose in the Journeys of Paul" by Rob Fuquay.

The life and travels of the apostle Paul can help us find God’s purpose for our lives. It's a 6-week study beginning February 21st and finishing up on March 28th, on Wednesdays. There will be two opportunities to attend: 10:30 am or 6:30 pm. Each session will last about 1 1/2 hours

As Christians, we hunger to know and live out God's purposes for our lives. But how do we know for certain that our choices are moving us in the right direction?

Which Way, Lord? is a 6-session churchwide or small-group study that will help you understand God's desire for your life by unpacking your experiences alongside those of the apostle Paul.

Through many detours, adversity, and time spent thinking about his life, Paul completely reoriented his understanding of faith and God's purpose for his life. God placed Paul in a community that shared God's love with him, and Paul underwent several years of training in preparation for his ministry.

Discover how to discern and follow God's leading, explore ways God can use you and your life experience, respond to God's signals, endure hardships and doubts, and persevere with hope and faith. Rediscover the truths that you are wonderfully made, created for purpose, and equipped to live a life of significance. Join us in traveling together to find your purpose.
